La Soula jewellery is made with love and care to ensure that it brings joy and inspiration to its wearers. We work with precious metals and rare gemstones that may sometimes differ in appearance or colour due to their natural characteristics. 

However, Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be applicable if your order is damaged in transit or if you’ve received the incorrect product. In such a case, you may return the products in their original condition & packaging, unworn and with the barcode intact.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please write to us at sales@shoplasoula.com to request a return/ exchange within 3 days of receiving the item(s). We request you to mention your order number, reason(s) for return, and attach pictures. 
  2. Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the pictures and it is up to the sole discretion of the La Soula team to approve/ reject a return request.
  3. Once we have received your mail, we will notify you by mail if your request for a refund is approved/ rejected. If approved, we will request you to send the product back to us.
  4. Once we receive the damaged/ incorrect products from you, we shall arrange for a fresh/ correct product for shipment.  

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be applicable if your order gets lost in transit.

RETURN RULES

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases-

  1. If the delivery address is incorrect or outdated.
  2. If 3 failed delivery attempts have been made by our courier partner.
  3. If the package is refused by the recipient.
  4. If we receive your request any later than 5 days from the time of delivery.
  5. Sizing issues. We request you to go through our size guides to determine the right size for you before making a purchase.
  6. Minor colour & shape variations. All our products are handcrafted in natural materials hence tiny colour and design variations may occur. These add to the beauty of the product and are not necessarily flaws.
  7. If we receive the product back in a used or damaged condition.
  8. If the product is not damaged and/or our team has rejected the request.

GIFTS

If you received a La Soula item as a gift that you wish to return, the same return rules as above apply. 

Please mention that an e-gift card is required and don’t forget to provide your email address. If you fail to do so, we will generate the refund (if applicable) to the gift giver’s account.
