Question Do you ship outside India?

We ship worldwide on a minimum order value of $250. The shipping charges for the same are $75. 

Question What taxes/ duties will I have to pay?
Answer

The amount of VAT, duties, and taxes charged will vary as per the destination country’s regulations. All import duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer. We are not able to advise a set amount for the same. For more information, write to us at sales@shoplasoula.com

For India, all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Question Is COD an option?
Answer

COD options are available in India at an additional cost of Rs. 50 at accessible cities approved by our shipping partners (see list).

Question How long does it take for my order to ship?
Answer

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days and orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-22 days. Learn more about our Shipping Policy here.

Question Is my package insured?
Answer

Yes. Parcels are insured for loss and damage and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation on handling of the package.

Yes, we do gift packs on special requests at an additional cost of Rs. 200/ $5.
