INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide on a minimum order value of $250. The shipping charges for the same are $75.
Import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to La Soula at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

SHIPPING IN INDIA
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
CASH ON DELIVERY
COD options are available in India at an additional cost of Rs. 50 at accessible cities approved by our shipping partners (see list).
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, some stock discrepancies may occur.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. In general, domestic shipments are usually delivered in 2-7 days and orders shipped internationally are usually delivered in 7-22 days.
We take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum. However, in some cases, we may take longer to process/produce an item. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to government interventions or natural occurrings.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please note that we are not able to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched.
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service, mentioning your order reference ID. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation on the handling of the package.
